Beyond the pure dependence on the storage content, a delivery can also be influenced by other system states. These influences are called system state functions in the further course. The system states do not necessarily have to occur at the storage itself. The mathematical description of the influence takes place by scaling of the delivery function over a scaling factor. This results from the system state/scaling factor relation.
