The system element target level represents the outlet of the river basin and is necessarily the last system element in the flow logic. Exactly one inlet element can be assigned to it and it has no outlet, i.e. no calculations are performed within the element. There must be exactly one target element per river basin model. If there are several external discharges from a river basin, it is useful to add a transport element to the target element (e.g. with the identifier SEND), which in turn can take several inflows. Alternatively, consumers can also route outflows from the system.
