Die jährliche potentielle Gesamtverdunstungshöhe beträgt 642 mm. Liegen keine gemessenen Verdunstungswerte vor, kann optional dieser normierte Jahresgang der potentiellen Verdunstung für die Berechnung der aktuellen Verdunstung herangezogen werden. Ist das gewählte Berechnungszeitintervall kleiner als ein Tag, wird mittels des dargestellten Tagesgangs letztendlich die potentielle Verdunstung für jedes Berechnungszeitintervall ermittelt. Ist das Berechnungsintervall ≥ 1 Tag entfällt die Berücksichtigung des Tagesganges.
