Ein Datensatz enthält alle Informationen über das System (z.B Systemlogik, Eingangsparameter, etc.) und wird durch das [[Special:MyLanguage/Bereich_Varianten#Variante_exportieren|Exportieren einer Variante]] zum Beispiel unter ''D:\Talsim-NG\Customers\Auftraggeber_1\projectData\Beispiel\dataSets'' angelegt. Je nach Umfang des Systems besteht der Datensatz aus unterschiedlich vielen Dateien. Je mehr Daten und Systemelemente Sie in ihrem System einbinden, desto mehr Dateien werden angelegt.
