[[Datei:Symbol_Zielpegel.PNG|none]]Das Systemelement Zielpegel stellt den Auslass des Flussgebietes dar und ist zwingend das letzte Systemelement in der Fließlogik. Ihm kann genau ein Zulaufelement zugewiesen werden und es hat keinen Ablauf, d.h. innerhalb des Elementes werden keine Berechnungen durchgeführt. Pro Flussgebietsmodell muss es genau ein Zielelement geben. Gibt es mehrere externe Abflüsse aus einem Flussgebiet, bietet es sich an, dem Zielelement ein [[Special:MyLanguage/Transportstrecke|Transportelement]] voranzuschalten (z.B. mit der Kennung SEND), welches wiederrum mehrere Zuflüsse aufnehmen kann. Alternativ können [[Special:MyLanguage/Verbraucher|Verbraucher]] ebenfalls Abflüsse aus dem System leiten.

The system outlet represents the outlet of the model and must be the last system element in the flow logic. It accepts only one element as its inflow and it has no outlet, i.e. no calculations are performed within the element. There must be exactly one system outlet per model. If there are actually several outlets from the modeled system, it is useful to add a fictitious transport reach immediately before the system outlet (e.g. with the key "SEND"), which in turn can accomodate several inflows. Alternatively, consumers can also act as a sink.
